This is what's blooming at my house!
Here are pics of a few things that are blooming now. I regret not fertilizing more regularly this past year. The unusual hot and cold weather and less rain (plus me not fertilizing enough) has resulted in fewer blooms for me this year. Luckily orchids are very forgiving ! Hopefully I have learned my lesson this time. Anyway here are a few of the good ones.

Wonderful job, even without the regular fertilizing Ah the lessons we learn though huh?
Picture #5, can you tell me what that is? It's my favorite and it just might deserve a place on my list.

Beautiful! I love them all, but the Dendrobiums are my favorites.

Sue, that Phal in the 2nd pic is absolutely, jaw dropping-ly stunning. This is a must have! Name, please? My credit card is getting very hot....hurry!
They're all stunning, all look firm and vibrant. I too learned that fertilizing makes a great difference. I won't be without it from now till the end of September.
You've done an amazing job with these. Congrats!

Thanks everyone!
Nichole, pic #5 is my Iwan Apple Blossom 'Golden Elf'. It had 6 spikes this year with 5-10 flowers on each spike. That is the plant that got messed up and started sending new pseudobulbs out instead of spikes then reverted back to spikes. I was surprised it made any flowers at all this year. I am still convinced it was the SuperThrive that messed it up. I will never use that on a plant just starting to spike again, ever!
Snow and Sandy, I think you are both referring to the same plant, #2. I just got that one at the Miami Show last week. I love Phal bellina (violacea) and this looks like a giant one. Same big roundish leaves. The spike is taller and it has multiple flowers but the smell is the same and the colors are very similar. I just fell in love with it. It is from the Taiwan vendor called Orchis Floriculturing, Inc. and is just called Phal 'Sweet Memory'. Those flowers are over 2.5" across!

They are all very pretty but my favorite is # 8. For having not the best treatment, they look great.
