The first one "looks" like Epicattleya Siam Jade.

I agree with bejay...the lip is all wrong for C. Chocolate Drop...if it is a Siam Jade, it's one of my favorites!!!

Great job!!!

The C. Chocolate Drop 'Kodama' is red with some yellow on the throat so there is no way that's it. It definetely looks like Siam Jade. I can't tell much about the second one other than it's gorgeous !!! Enjoy your blooms !!!!

Love the second one. When the plant matures it might even have a better shape. Has a fuller flower form than most spotted catts like Wainee Leopard so it might be easier to identify especially if you also take the growth habit and fragrance into account.

Mauro once said that Blc. Durigan is a very variable cross.

I tried the link and it just takes you to Mauro Rosim's page but there you can put Blc. Durigan into the Search Box

that looks a lot like it...but i am still not sure....i will have to wait till the flower 'ripens' some more...it has a heavy substance and at present no fragrance during the day...and the plant is rather small...no taller than 8"...
