Beautiful variety. I have a clamshell orchid that will look like that green hornet. I just got it this summer from a local grower so it may be a while before it spikes.
That Milt is really pretty too.

Thanks everyone for your nice comments. The Dendrobium is one of the newer, more compact ones, supposedly easier to grow, and blooms often. Still gets gangly though! I've never tried a standard Nobile.

Swamper, the Green Hornet is very easy to grow and seems to always have a spike somewhere. You'll enjoy yours.

Sandy, I love the Miltonia flowers but find the plant (at least mine) kind of untidy looking, and very susceptible to mealybug. I just keep working away at it!
