My Cyrtochilum Macranthum is not so big... I saw one with a spike of 4 m and 60 flowers... I have also the Cyrtochilum Cumandae.... its similar but in brown... my flowers are 8 - 9 cm...
What do you mean with ruffling??? |

I don't know if ruffles is the right word, but I meant that the edge of the sepals are not straight, they are wavy. I think that's neat.

Thanks for the close up shots, these are really gorgeous flowers! The white part does look a bit like a dove.
