Default Gold Digger and Final Blue

Currently blooming together! I have two Gold Digger plants, both in bloom.

I've said it before, but I really, really love Gold Digger. I can't find it in the UK but if I could I would have two of them as well!

Gold Digger is a very old hybrid - and vigorous, so people who own it eventually need to divide it. It might well turn up at a society auction or members' sale table at a show. You could maybe cross paths with one if you go to these places where other "orchid people" congregate,

Very nice flowers !!

I was also looking for Gold Digger since I saw the flowers on one of the youtube video and I was so happy when I saw bare root division on Esty and ordered as soon as I saw it. I potted it in lava rock and thin layer of sphagnum moss and y'day only I noticed couple of new root growing. As Roberta mentioned about its vigorousness I was surprised how quickly it started new roots.

Looking forward to get those orange/yellow, red strip flowers.

Hi FranningtonBear,

Hoping you will find the orchid soon, good luck !!!!
