Also, I have a question...when should I repot? I could not find a categoric answer to this question. As you can see, the pot is really in need to repot...I haven't done yet because I don't know the best time and the plants seem to like it like that....and I'm lazy!
There are 6 plants in this pot. This hybrid produces one single flower per plant, so I have 6 (it used to be 5 but this year there's one more, which means the plants are propagating)

Most people recommend repotting Paphs every 1-2 years. Organic medium will break down in this time frame if kept as moist as these want to be kept.
