That skinneri is fantastic! I've heard that this species doesn't stay in bloom very long. But every time I see a picture of one that's as beautiful as yours, I start to think that it wouldn't matter how long it stayed in flower if it's capable of putting on that kind of show. I'm completely envious right now.

Actually they stay in bloom for us about 4-6 weeks if the humidity is high enough. This particular one is 'Casa Luna' and we water every other day when in flower. That seems to help quite a bit.

They are fantastic. I needed that. The sun is shining outside but I feel droopy and gloomy. They brightened up a stressful day, especially the bright red blooms. Tnanks.
