This one has been an easy growing and a reliable bloomer. 3 spikes this year (as usual).

I love these little ripiculous laelias. I tried them once when I was still living in Ireland, but they did not appreciate the climate. This makes me want to give them another go now in this new climate.

Without going into the details, the key is warm days and cool nights as well as full sun in winter.

Thanks for the tips - much appreciated! Yes, warm days was a particular issue in Ireland

It's not particularly bright here in winter, but this is something that can at least be fixed with some substitute lighting.
