Smile Phal. violacea Pink 'Wilson' (Sumantrana type)

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share a bloom that I am just thrilled about.

When I first received this violacea last year, it immediately lost the spike that I received it with. I was in the process of painting my orchid room, so it had to go in a different room that was less warm, sunny, and humid for a little bit. It put out another spike within a few months after putting her in the right conditions! She has another bud forming now! I can't wait to see how fast she grows this summer when it gets nice and HOT! <3

I have transitioned my entire collection only Polychilos phals. I am truly obsessed, and it works great for my climate.

Nice one! I just love the pale pink on these. Thought I had gotten one, but it turned out to be seed grown and wasn’t pink.
