Iknow Burgos well. I've been there a couple of times in business trips.
Yes, that's an harsh climate for orchids, in winter.

Thank you for telling me so, i know that by going trough a thread, Oceanic climate or something like that, but for the questión he asked (and i already have answered him in the thread), i hve guessed he lives in the nothern part of the province, milder climate, no frost and more humidity. I live in the capital, in a high plateau, where the conditions are more severes.

Good to know. Winter is cold, but sunny days make my orchids happy, as most of them seat in front of a big window facing south east, so that they get a few hours of good light. Now i have a few Luedennmaianas, cymbidiums, phalaenopsis and dendrobiums blooming so there is color around

Yes, of course, just an overview of the rooms i have my plants, home facing south east now i have those in bloom, cattleyas, paphio, pahl, cymbidium and maybe you can see something orange, guarianthe aurantiaca.
Then, several of my cattleyas in another window, same side of the house but with a few more hours of sunshine. Walkerianas, Nobilior, Intermedias, Purpuratas and young plants of others that i am trying.
You might see a curtain of dendrobium pierardii starting to blom
The other place is the room where i keep bigger plants and those that don´t fit at home. I have the heat system, washing machine etc. Too humid (+80%), constant temperature in winter because i turn on the heater to keep a minimun of 18ºC and no sunshine, vindow face north east and northwest. This is starting to change as spring is closer.
