Here's my lundii with 5 blooms.
Sorry for the bad quality photos but I can't handle this phone camera. Auto focus insists to be always present.

In fact a disgrace happend when I was taking these pics as the plant came out completely of the pot and felt into a bucket. Apparently no major damage was done but it brought my mind (again) that it should be repoted. Not because it needs but because, considering practical issues, it would be better. As you can see it has more roots outside the pot than inside. To make things worse, it has a crawling growth habit ideal to be mounted. But with my low humidity, it might not be a good choice. So, I'm looking for some "out of the box" sugestions.

Looks great! I only grow L. lundii mounted. I grow it outside (so it also is very cold-tolerant). It's on a bare mount so dries out very fast, and seems to like it that way. If you mount it, you could add some moss over the top of the roots (NOT between the plant and the mount) to give a bit of extra humidity, but it probably isn't needed, This is a tough little orchid,

How low can it handle the temperature? I can give it 12ºC (53 F) inside in winter... or near freezing outside.

Well, my outdoor winter temps have gone as low as about 2 deg C (36 deg F), maybe slightly lower for short times. But then it warms up during the day, So for you, probably need to bring it in on the coldest nights, but it can live outside most of the time

It has been under min temps of 16°C (60 F). Do you it needs any acclimatization?

Probably... this year maybe continue as you have been growing it. Then move it outside in spring, and leave it out except for the coldest nights and days next year. That is what I do when I acquire a new plant that might have been greenhouse-grown even though cold tolerant.. put it outside only when weather is starting to be mild, then acclimate it over the full seasonal cycle.
