Hi DeaC, .. the Canary pal is FuerteRav, I am in the Balearics, Majorca. Before I established here I thought the white and blue was from Ibiza .. But it is 100% Greek Decoration! The rest of our garden/terrace is classical Majorcan. I'll take a picture and post it. Thank you!

OMG, DC this is definitely very sweet and rewarding!

Thank you all. I really enjoyed reading all your comments since I did spend time handymaning, going back and fore, with a sustainable mind, willing to recycle, budget adjusting, but without let go the main object; setting up the best place for the orchids and their nanny. 😂

Open House for whomever want to visit this part of the world!

OK OK Party people! we got some decoration now, things start to bloom nicely ....

However, maybe there is something I'm not understanding, is too much of something for some of them (light, darkness ???) , since I starting to seen estrange leaves colors

Also, all of them are drying like in 1 day. And, I mean all of them, even the Phals.

It looks wonderful! The purple leaves indicate that the plants are getting light near the upper range of what they want - the ones that have dark flowers will show it especially, the anthocyanins (red pigments) are also in the leaves. Think of it as "sun tan". So you do want to watch that they don't start to burn. However, if the light stays at this level for awhile, they will acclimate - you will be OK as long as the sun doesn't shift and give you hot spots.

Thanks Roberta! I knew about the pigmentation, although I had not had so many pigmentation spots before because most of these plants have grown with artificial lighting and it wasn't the the best quality either.

Sorry to keep stealing your time, but what about the water? Spraying every day is a lot even if it looks dry? Or shouldn't I panic over it and continue watering every other day? I have the Cym and Phals hypercontrolled, but the Cats, Dendrobium (+ nobile) and Miltonias .. need to understand the process form Inside to Outside

it is a big shock...do everything in stages or increments.

it looks like they are all already out so i would just keep a close eye and water as needed at first....then you can see how they dry out and what you need to adjust.

Spraying doesn't do much except maybe create wet spots on leaves that could grow pathogens, or make droplets that could focus sun and add to the possible burning issue. DC's advice is spot-on... watch what is going on and act accordingly. If you need to water, water thoroughly so it runs through the pot.
