Oh, there are some REALLY stinky orchids! Especially many of the Bulbophyllums. "Fragrances" like old sweat socks, or rotten meat. Fly-pollinated. Some of them even look like dead meat. (Bulbophyllum phalaenopsis comes to mind, but there are many, many others that are similarly aromatic) They probably would not win fragrance awards.
