I took some time today to water my collection with a weekly dose of fertilizer and their first dose of beneficial bacteria (Thanks Ray!) when I noticed this on the white noid at the beginning of this thread.

May I ask you what are the beneficial bacterias?
I loved the flowers, the spikes form and that new root!
