My suggestion for the rat bait stands. The package comes with enclosures to put the bait in. The intended victim goes in, eats, then goes away to die. I had a population of field mice living under my deck. They would come out at night to eat from the bird feeders. I put a block of bait out each night. In the morning the bait was gone. Withing a month so were the mice. These guys were as big as my hand!!  |
The rats may crawl away and die in the front courtyard, where the dogs might eat them.
