Looking forward to it! I used to do plant tissue culture many years ago and it looks like the primary development we would see when the mass of cells started to form something resembling a plantlet.

P.P. ----- I believe it is something along the same lines as what you mentioned! Maybe the same thing actually!

It was only this morning that I noticed the tuft of something coming out of the cane, and then also noticed some radial pattern to it.

Thanks for mentioning that you had been involved with tissue culture before! Amazing and fascinating techniques that people had developed in this area. Incredibly clever.
