Orange duo
Default Orange duo

Procatavola Golden Peacock and Bifrenaria aureofulva.

I haven't had many things bloom this summer, but I'm glad that the procatavola blooms have lasted for 2 months now. It's such a vibrant orange!

The Bifrenaria has a more subtle orange with a burgundy blush. This would be my first "mini" orchid (?) to bloom. With its half-opened and down-facing blooms, I like the overall "shyness" of it!

A great combination of orange colour and shapes and the number of flowers.

I agree with DC. Shy and reserved. I always say - don't get shy! Get even!!! (or is my memory failing me).
