My neighbor took a spin through my shadehouse today and sent me some pictures.

1- Blc. Ann Morning 'Paradise'
2- Encyc. Pinar del Rio
3- Encyc. plicata
4- Blc. Manilani Rainbow
5- Blc. Waianae Leopard 'Ching Hua'
6- Vascostylis Yaya 'Orose Fragrance'

#5 might be headed to the scrap heap!

Eventually there shouldn't be too many summer bloomers as I roll my collection over to be fall- spring bloomers.

Some of these bloom multiple times/year which is fine. Both those Encyclia's are supposed to be spring bloomers but both are on their first bloom so hopefully they'll get into synch.

Mostly I like her pics because I'm looking at the overall health of the plants in the background. So far, so good this summer.

Thanks SP, I'll look into that.
It's possible. I think I recall having difficulty reading the label and never was able to find it online at the time so I was probably guessing.

Also interesting is that the colors of that flower above are slightly different than when it bloomed in Feb. this year. I like the summer version (color and shape) much better!

Very nice colour differences KG! Possibly due to the different temperatures. The petals have spread out very nicely for July.
