Yeah, you're fine. That plant still has plenty of good roots. I tend to be an overwaterer, so I pot my Phals in the same mix I pot my Catts in (medium orchidata, LECA, charcoal, stalite, and sponge rock). If you don't want to have to water so often, you could mix a little sphagnum into your bark mix to help it retain water longer, as Phals don't like to get completely dry. You'll start out buying the 1 liter bottle, but once you realize how well it works, you'll decide to buy the 4 liter bottle (which saves you 50 something dollars over buying 4 separate 1 liter bottles).
Use it on your sick plants, and apply it to your healthy plants with a tablespoon full in one gallon of water every month. That stuff works miracles. My plants are so much better since I started using it, and it is great for resuscitating a sick plant (might mix it a little stronger for a sick plant and then let it soak a while). I'm skeptical of most additives that promise to invigorate your plants, but this stuff really works. In fact, I'd almost say it's magic, and I don't even believe in magic. (and BTW, Ray is a regular contributor on this forum, however I have no official connections to him, we are not friends, except that we are friendly to each other on here, I have never met him, and I have no stake in promoting his business. I just really believe in his product).
