Probably the second most famous catt hybrid ever (It's mother Bow Bells might be better known). This is Cattleya Bob Betts 'York' AM/AOS. These tetraploid white catts raised the bar so high that it's virtually impossible to exceed their quality and get a white catt awarded today.

Though your pic of Bob Betts is really wonderful! Great work - both in the growing and the photography. Back when I was a teenager in Pittsburgh I grew C. Bob Betts!! Thanks for the memories

Thanks for the information on the Phal. If I don't find one at the Central Florida Orchid Society show this weekend, I will be ordering one from Carolina Orchids.
