First Annual New England Summer Orchid Fest

This will hopefully be the first in a long series summer orchid fests hosted by the Amherst Orchid Society. We hope to bring together several orchid vendors providing opportunities to learn about orchid growing as well as pick up new plants for your collection.

We also hope orchid societies from the greater New England area will provide information about their societies. This way visitors that attend the fest can learn about potential societies they can join to further expand their knowledge of orchids.

Free Admission

Friday, June 24: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday June 25: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Smith Vocational High School
Northampton, MA

Smith Vocational High School is located at 80 Locust
Street (Route 9) next to the Cooley Dickson Hospital.

New Earth Orchids: Specializing in Cattleya hybrids
flora-peculia: Specializing in Neofinetia, Japanese orchids & orchid species
Ecuagenera: Specializing in South American species
Non-plant vendors, including Grace Emporium orchid embroidered apparel
Kelley's Korner Orchid Supplies: Specializing in media and material for orchid growing

For those planning on going:

Due to prior commitments, two of the listed vendors for the Fest will not be able to attend ~ Ecuagenera & New Earth.

HOWEVER, the great news is that Alan Koch of Gold Country Orchids will be joining the event as well as J&L
Orchids.
