Maria, can you meet us for lunch at 1pm on Friday? It would be so nice to see you again!
Anyone else going on Friday that would like to meet us for an OB get together? It would be great to see everyone in person!

Ahh! You guys are making me jealous! I want to go so bad, but I cant for multiple reasons. By this time next year I will have my learners permit and will be real close to ( hopefully ) getting my license. So maybe I can talk mom into "driving time" even though I'm all the way up here on Pennsylvania!
You can call me Bob
"have no fear, help is here!"

Awwww, Bob! You are too cute. I wish we could come and pick you up, but it is just too far. You will get to Redlands some day soon. It is worth the wait!

Just to let you guys know... I hauled my big-ass Den antennatum down to Redlands today. It is in the judging tent which is the first tent on the left after the entrance. Please check it out. It is not at it's very best, but I brought it anyway. It usually has twice as many spikes, but it is early in the blooming season for it right now. It got a blue (first place) ribbon from the Redlands show, but I don't know what AOS thought of it. Anyway, it is hanging from the overhead poles in the center of the tent toward the back. I am happy that it presented as well as it did. I had a very hard time getting it in the back seat of my car!

Time for the Redlands Show
Have fun you all and hope you get lots of ribbons for those who are showing plants and for those who are buying, find yourselves in "orchid heaven".
I took the first step today towards my goal of being there next year. I rented out several of my platyceriums for a party so I now have $100 in my fund.
Oh, I just got to thinking. I live in Texas and will have to fly there. How will I get all my plants back? I don't want to go all that distance just to buy some little seedlings. I want some humungous plants.
