 Only a few more days until the show! I am planning to go on Friday morning, but I need to leave there by 2pm to miss the horrible Friday rush hour traffic. I may go back on Sunday afternoon, too. Will anyone else be there about that time on Friday? It would be nice to meet up and share some lunch and admire each others purchases!  Let me know! |

Hi everyone. I'm going to be there Saturday Morning! Have to work Friday and have to many MD appts. coming up. Hope you all have a great time on Friday! Too bad I won't be able to meet any of you guys!!
Rolando--leave some orchids for your Nicaraguan friend. Don't buy them all. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Did they add a lake to the park? I just checked the website and on the bottom, is the map with the vendor locations. I usually get there early so I can park inside the park (Gate 1). But now it looks like they put a lake in the parking area. I'm thinking Gate 4 will be better this year.

I can’t wait my wife and I are about to leave, we are going to drive down and get there early Friday morning. It will be a 12 hour drive if we can make good time. I hope to sleep a little in the car, I just finished 10 hour day at work.

I'm here. Doesn't look like it will be so awfully hot this year. I rode down to Carib Orchids today. They had some really nice stuff they were preparing for the sale.

I'll be there Sat. Our society is taking a bus down. I can't wait. This will be my first trip to the Redlands. My husband suggested that I decide on a limit to spend BEFORE I go. What do you all think?? I like "the sky's my limit"  Seriously I told him that I have a wish list and if I don't find what I'm looking for at my price limit I won't get it. I have a verrrry looong list that he has not seen.
Our bus should roll in around 10:30ish and we leave at 2:30. PM me for contact info to meet upand say  . I'll do my best but I'm going to be like a kid in a candy store with lots to see and decisions to make.
Let's see,, I need empty box to fill up, cart to carry the ones that don't fit in the box, hat, camera, Oh yea...a cooler to leave on the bus with lunch. Almost forgot... stop by the bank & take out a loan  |

Lorraine you are too funny! I will call you and maybe we can get together about lunchtime and look at each others purchases. Then we can go out and buy some more! I was seriously thinking of bringing a wagon or shopping cart. I want to get some pots and they are too heavy to lug around all day. They do have a place to leave your purchases for a "small fee". I might just do that. I wonder if that lady that was making crepes at the AOS show will be there? Those were really good!

Lorraine, I like your suggestion, "the sky's the limit". Buy a few nice Vandas there so I can enjoy your pictures.
I sounds like it would be such a great event to experience. I wish I could be there with you....... my bank account says "stay home, Marilyn".
