Orchid Show Nov 21-23 at AOS!!

Is anyone else planning on going to the Orchid and Craft show at AOS in Delray Bch Nov 21-23? I think I will go and it would be fun to meet up with any other OB people that are going. Might be a nice place to start some Holiday shopping (for myself, hehe).

The AOS fall show is Nov 21st thru the 23rd. There will be 18 plus vendors as well as classes on a number of topics.

Stop by and meeting me! I will be working the show on Friday and possibly Saturday or Sunday.

This is always a big event so if you are in South Florida plan on joining us!

bswanson, I saw your intro in the other thread but since I'm here now, let me say, welcome. Looking forward to your future posts. I know, I can use lots of advice and get so much out of all the info. I'm constantly getting, here. I've only been growing orchids for 2 years and will be growing them forever, hopefully. I've never felt so passionate about any other obsession as I do, orchids.

I have to work on Friday but can go either Sat or Sun. Saturday sounds good because Robert Fuchs will be there talking about vandas at 11am! I am really looking forward to this show and hopefully meeting some OB people there.

Hi Susie,

I will be there on Saturday, Nov. 22. Our Orchid Society is having a bus trip that day...and I'll be on the bus!

I actually may be there on my own in the event that my...(you'll be interested in this Swamper) V. Erika Cizek Dann 'David's Black Pearl' is not fully open on the 15th. I am hoping to bring it to judging at teh Florida-Caribbean Judging Center then, but it looks like I may have to wait an additional week for optimal blooming, which puts me at the West Palm Beach judging center on the 22nd. I'll keep you posted, and one way or another, I will be there on the 22nd.

That sounds great, David! So we have David, Lorraine, Sandy, and me going so far. Anyone else? What about you Miami folks? It will be about 1 to 1.5 hour drive for you. That's not too bad! Let's all try for Saturday, ok?

Yep, there was one that weekend, by the Delray Beach Orchid Society. I went, I Saw, and I Bought!

I might go to the AOS one on Friday. Only a few vendors are the same from the Halloween show.
