Default Most interesting orchid

I had a dream last night that there was a show and tell at school and I wanted to bring an orchid and then I forgot the rest of my dream, but that got me thinking, what orchid is the most interesting, even for non-plant people?
I was thinking one of the unusual Bulbophyllums, like B. Grandiflorum, B. Longisepalum, B. Fascinator, Some bulbos also have an "interesting" smell etc. and also perhaps Coryanthes and some Catatsetums.

What, in your opinion, is the most interesting and unusual orchid that even gets the attention of non-plant people?

The only orchid I own that has interested my parents is my Monnierara Millenium Magic "Witchcraft" because they can't believe that color is real.

Ok, I will try to be a "plants are for girls" person and react to what has been said.
WARNING: HIGHLY INACURRATE
B. Grandiflorum:
"Ok, I have to admit this is unusual. It's also big. But the flower is just like that, and it doesn't really smell good"

B. Longisepalum:
"What the heck? That isn't a flower, it looks terrible and ugly, but it looks... interesting. Why would people grow something like this though?"

B. Fascinator:
" The flower looks... a little interesting. But most of it is just the long thing. Booring"

Coryanthes:
"It's weird, why would a flower look like that?"

Monnierara Millenium Magic "Witchcraft":
"It's so black. What the heck."

Vanilla:
"I never knew vanilla is an orchid but it looks girly"

Bonus:
Bulbophyllum Echinolabium, at 5 inches away:
"BLEEEEGH!"

Yeah! It's really hard for the camera to pick up on the color and detail, so you should really try to see it in person, I love it.

And maybe to add to your list, some people really like flowers that look like something else, like Ophrys apifera or Dracula simia

That is difficult to choose because so many orchids are interesting for different reasons.

I still think the average non-plant person would be more impressed to find out they've been unwittingly eating orchids all their life than by any flower's appearance. If they were easily impressed by how flowers look, they'd probably be plant people........

Most "non-plant" people react to my standard grocery store phalaenopsis and oncidiums - this is why they are sold in such locations I guess. Big bold blooms are far more interesting than my diminutive species phalaenopsis
