Default Andy's Orchids unboxing

Unboxing videos seem to be popular with reptile growers, so here's an unboxing photos sequence for people who want to look at some orchids. Got this a bit over a week ago, forgot to post it until today.

The instructions on the box are mine, they ask during checkout if there are any specifics. I also asked for the plants to be bare-root, since I was going to mount them on my project anyway, so they de-mounted the plants before shipping.

The invoice contains a bit of care info, which I thought was cool.

Everything well-packed.

Not officially listed on the site, but you can request it. Quart baggie full of liverworts and a bit of moss, $5.

Turned out to be two clumps, both of a decent size. I separated them to try in two different areas.

Such a weird plant, and it came with a couple of flower buds.

More plant than expected. I cut this into two pieces to put in two different habitats.

Blooming! And very small, that tag is an inch tall.

You can never go wrong ordering from Andy's, as long as you can pay your bills after paying for the order!

Nice plants! What did you mount them on afterwards? Do you have a terrarium set-up?

Mini plants are great, but in the past when I would receive an order of mostly minis, my first thought after unpacking was "I paid that much just for THIS?) And then would order some larger orchids to compensate...
