Our mail used to go west, to Gary, then back east. It made sense...Now, our mail goes to a hub in Illinois, and back east. Much slower...But, the price of stamps went down...
Salixx. I love, love, love, my mail lady! You guys are saints! I just left her a Fanny May bar in the mailbox. A good mail carrier makes life much better...Remember that guys...Cause when you get a bad mail person ( or UPS etc) life is more complicated.

Dolly, that is very sweet of you! I love finding goodies in the mailbox, from cookies to veggies, it's very nice but never expected and I do my job to the best of my ability no matter what.

Now, if you have a sweet, sweet dog that comes and says hi to me and does the butt-wiggle dance... then you might get special treatment! Kind of kidding, but the nice dogs on the route(s) I work make my day just like the nice people. I'm not supposed to give out treats, but I do for my favorites (dogs, that is... not people LOL).

Matt, I hope you give a happy update today!

Salixx, I only told you half the story (not for here). Miss Jackie has a farm, and we only have house cats ( I was raised on a farm) so, we exchange our animal stories and illness and deaths etc. And, I am glad to hear you take pride in your work! Thank you.

My plant from Bonita Springs, Florida has arrived! This is my Neofinetia falcata x Asctm miniatum!

OH NO! The box partly collapsed (side view)

Unpacking the box, my plant emerges unscathed. It has five growths.

At least you get updates!

I get arrived at origin then nothing until it's on the vehicle.

Thank you all for your kind words! Totally happy with this plant. It is a healthy plant. But you can't go wrong with this hybrid.

Updates are sometimes inconsistent. I really only worry over shipping when the journey goes through bad weather. I also notice that if a plant comes from California it leaves that state and two days later it lands in Indianapolis, and from there each postal office it goes through gives an update.
