Yesterday I went with my Thai friends to a mall I've never been to before, this said in the context of there being about a thousand malls in Bangkok (I don't think so, it just feels that way).I wasn't too impressed with this one. If nothing else, it deepens my appreciation for my local mall, which is also in the same so-so category (meaning low to mid-society, but aspiring to hi-so) but which however sports a layout and attitude that makes you feel like you're shopping at Harrods. With those thoughts in mind, I stumbled upon an orchid show that opened the week before and will end this Sunday. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I shut my trap up.
