Yes.

From the top maroon menu select User CP (User Control Panel.) In the mid left is a column of various options bearing the maroon heading Your Control Panel. Select the option Edit Options, near the bottom of the attached image. Scroll down the screen until you find Date & Time Options, as in the second image.
