Citrus
Living in the Midwest, we don't get much home grown citrus. Having the greenhouse we have started to grow our own. In the foreground are tangerines (dark orange colored fruit), in the middle are oranges (light orange colored fruit at bottom), and lemons in the back (yellow fruit). We have to hand pollenate them as they have been in flower before the local bees are active. The greenhouse smells incredible then. They grow outside during the summer and we bring them back inside as temps cool while the fruit is still green. Now they are starting to ripen up, and we will have citrus though the new year. Yea!
