I need help folks! I have just replaced my PC and need to install OrchidWiz on it. I have a current subscription, valid for a couple more updates and have had it installed on my old PC for almost 3 years.
I did not know the best way to proceed. Should I reinstall using the 16 or more disks I have and would I need a new activation code.
I contacted
support@orchidwiz.com 6 days ago and have sent two further emails to them asking for help and heard nothing back. Does their support actually exist, are they on holiday, is it a one man enterprise that takes a long time to respond? I am feeling a bit miffed at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated.
