Here's one of a rack in my sunroom/office. It's from February this year, and now looks completely different. I'll try to update in near future.
I'm with MattW... very entertaining and educational thread. I love seeing other folks' growing spaces.

I just put my plants back outside after some cold weather. Things are a bit untidy right now as we have had quite a bit of rain and, before that, I was busy with the fruit trees and gardening. Some of the orchids are hung in a tree and didn't make it into the photo and some of the houseplants didn't make it into the pictures but...here is the majority...
My pictures of the plants indoors are in another thread.

I don't know if you want to open that Pandora's box!! LOL. You started with a very nice Hisui 翡翠 from New World Orchids(?). If you dare to go to eBay, you will find several Neofinetia up for auction. The most prolific vendor is Seed Engei, they go by the name "japaneseorchids". In fact they have 15 plants up for auction ending Wednesday and another 15 plants up for auction Thursday. The two pictures of my grow space used to be filled with other orchids but I gave them all away to make room for Neofinetia.
It takes a weird personality to get so into Neofinetia to give away perfectly beautiful orchids. But this is the way to go when you have no where to expand.

Thank you Leafmite. Now that winter has passed and we're going into Spring and Summer, I am migrating from these spaces to the outdoors. All of my orchids seem to put on amazing growth. I'll post pictures of my Summer grow space later on.

It came from a local ish grower. Not sure where she originally acquired it, but yes, that's the one! It's growing ok. I would like to get a couple of the neostylis hybrids I was thinking they would be less touchy than species, and I do want to try one variegated neo but I'm not sure which one would be easiest and I'm thinking I would like to get neofinetia falcata 'shoujo' or 'momohime' I like the pink spurs on the backs of the flowers.

RandomGemini, I recommend the Higashidemiyako as a really easy plant to grow and flower. They are beautifully variegated and they are very reasonable. Shoujou and Momohime are also very easy to grow and are reasonably priced. You should get all three <S>
