Default New 'chids!

I just foud out that there is a store in my town that sells orchids!
Right now he mostly had phals in pink or white. But tucked away on a shelf nearby, I found a sweet little Brother Sara Gold 'Peach'. Got to talking with him, and he used to sell orchids in Florida. This time of year he mostly gets phals, but come spring and summer he gets a mixed bunch. He had some plants behind the counter and asked him what they were. He said they were oncidiums and I commented on how much I liked oncidiums. Then he gave me one! (They weren't in the best shape, but they weren't that bad) It was Sweet Sugar 'K'. Since I was an orchid lover, he said if I gave him my name and phone number that he would let me know whenever he had anything interesting in. Right now I'm on cloud nine!
Here are some pics.

They did name an orchid after you .. the snow orchid - Cephalanthera austinae - (aka the phantom orchid) - http://home.inreach.com/rtowle/North...hantom_519.JPG
and here - Canadian Native Orchids - Cephalanthera austinae

Sara - I love that 'Peach"
How lucky are you to have yourself your own private orchid enabler
