Simply multiply the desired final concentration by the multiplier of the proportioner.

For example, if you want 2 g/L in the final solution applied to the plants, and the device injects the concentrate at a 1:125 ratio, your stock tank should be mixed up at 2 x 125 = 250 g/L.
