MC, the dendrobium speciosum will grow fairly large. Is it mounted on cork, tree fern, wood slab, tree branch, or otherwise? I much prefer to grow orchids mounted, though I do grow in a greenhouse where watering is not much of a problem. Watering will be your biggest concern, but the den is more or less forgiving of a learning curve.
