Today I was at giant eagle and saw Vandas!! I was so excited. I always wanted one but never got one. I bought it. Hehe. So I got a noid Vanda.

orchids are creeping into my house from the greenhouse to make room for......floofy catts. Have not got them yet but "they're coming". [I need to get over halloween].

I said I wasn't gonna do it... I said I was done with hardware store orchids, but the scent... It was incredible!! I love it!! I had to have it.... So I snuck in Odnta Pacific Paranoia 'Other Side of Cool' but my hubby noticed that the dining room smelled awesome and found me out!! I might have a problem....

Dude, my plant I got today fit in my cup holder. This thing is gigantic!! Is that a five gallon bucket? I wonder what the flowers look like... I'm jealous!!

Yup it is a 5 gal. good eye! The flowers are supposed to be pink. I was told to expect flowers in February. There are about 5 sheaths on the plant right now

I am so jealous! I wish I had space for a plant that size. I have to stick to miniatures and species with smaller growth habits. NICE catch!
