Well, I just, today, bought four new plants and I literally have no decent place for them, but all of you know how it is, I suspect. ![Evil](http://www.orchidboard.com/community/images/smilies/new/evil.gif)
Psygmorchis pusilla, in bloom
Bulbophyllum plumatum
Cattleya luteola seedling
Paph hybrid, I forget the name right now

In the last 3 months since I started seriously collecting, I've spent close to a grand on orchids. Wtf??!?? I didn't even realize it till I sat and added it up. This includes the roughly $300 worth of eBay auctions I just won. It's like I can't stop! I need orchids anonymous!!!

Don't worry, your affliction is not fatal! It is very easily cured by giving out of money. Running out of space for growing is minor. I just bought some plants yesterday for which I have no space to grow, but everything is okay, because it still have a little money. The key here is culling your collection to open up space. ![ROFL](http://www.orchidboard.com/community/images/smilies/rofl3.gif)

Precisely! I have gotten into small, compact, miniature orchids, so I have given away many large orchids, particularly Cattleya. I can grow six to ten orchids in the same space as one Cattleya. My miniatures have variety of leaf presentation and flower form.
Unfortunately some of these miniatures are often two to three times more expensive than one big plant.

I buy small 3" pot size of the minicatt. They grow quickly into blooming size, some even while in the original pot. There are several good sources of well-thought minicatt seedlings. I'll post a couple of them, if you wish.
Here is pic of Psygmorchis pusilla from past weekend. Very tiny, maybe 4 cm plant spread. Yes, cost is about same as buying a specimen of a larger orchid.

Well, 5 of the 15+ orchids arriving this week are tolus, so that's nice and small. Unfortunately I also ordered a Sharry baby and an overgrown miltassia...:/

Can't resist the sharry baby, none of us can. I just got my first tolumnia in my last order, so we'll see how it does for me. I hope I can keep it wet enough.
Does anyone happen to know the name of the miniature that smells like Oncidium Sharry Baby? I'm thinking I need one in my life.

Not sure of a mini hybrid that smells like S Baby, but one of its parents, Onc ornithorhyncum, is the smelly source. It does not grow as big as S Baby.
Not to minimize anyones purchase, but I am getting rid of my tolumnias.
