What a gorgeous display! Mouth-watering!! Thanks for posting this. What cute little Paphs... I didn't realise that there were so many compact sized Paphs. (I'm judging by the size relative to the cochleata...)
OK, so correct me if I'm wrong, but spikes per plant is even more impressive!! Does that mean that there are at least that number of growths - i.e. a spike per growth??
This is inspiring!

Yes....Paph. spicerianum has 4 mature growths w/ flowers and 4 new growths. baby face 5 mature & 3 babies, the larger the plant gets the more growths, spikes, flowers. Heres Paph. fairrieanum, one old growth, one in flower, and 4 new growths, next flowering could be awesome, hope this helps. Jim.

I'm just stunned. I only have a couple of Paph seedlings, so I'm years away from any kind of flowers, let alone a show like that. You've really opened my eyes. Great growing!!

Update to mine: Dendrobium aberrans in spike and Aerangis citrata finally starting to show buds on the primary spike (other 2 spikes still lengthening).

Another update: this morning I discovered my Miltonidium Issaku Nagata is in spike. It went into spike last December and resulted in this bloom in April so it is right on schedule for next April. Only a single spike so far, but there are two pseudobulbs, big and fat, and there may be more spikes to follow. Other plant is dismal this year, small pseudobulb and no signs of spike.
