That's one of those little fruit cups so a "pot" of about 2.5 across and about 1.5 deep. Eventually, if it does well, the plant will look something more like this (not my photo):
The leaves are about 1" long and the vine thinner than an uncooked spaghetti noodle.

Perhaps a very small form of Hoya linearis. Really happy about the Ceropegia sandersonii cutting I received about a month ago in trade. Definitely a more robust vine and more succulent in appearance. Seems like it will be less delicate than the debilis. Hopefully it will root well and start growing soon.
Not sure if I should repot the debilis. No new surface growth since it bloomed. I can see that it has rooted but wonder if a bigger pot might be beneficial. Currently have it in one of my terrs and have debated taking it out ... but would hate to see it go downhill if it likes the terrarium life.
