Redlands 2014 for my birthday!!!

It's an awesome show! You'll have a blast. Just bring lightweight clothes since it'll be warm, and a hat/sunscreen as it's all outdoors and pretty much all unshaded. There were some great bromeliads as well as the orchids that I remember from last year.
Afterwards, you can hit the beaches, Coraql Castle (kinda expensive but quite interesting), you're right by the entrance to the Keys...

Thanks so much for the great tips!! We have a weakness for beaches, we were married on the beach, so I will definitely look into it!
