Oh yeah, the Neos are doing fine and I'm more than delighted with them. It's certain laggard Phals and Vandas that are under the gun. I was agreeing with the original poster's sentiments re:

Just look to the Neos as examples. They don’t fuss, they just quietly grow roots and fans, don’t complain about the weather, understand that I can’t pamper them 24/7/365, they forgive me my neglect.
