A Way for Canadians to Save Money. Male

On ebay.com, I noticed there are a few masdevallia orchids from Canada that ship anywhere in the Americas and the total price is somewhere around $15 and phytosanitary permits and CITES papers are free or included. They get paperwork done near the end of week and then ship on Mondays... Do you think this is a good offer?

Why not simply order from a US dealer?

If it's that cheap after shipping, I would do some investigating about the seller. I'd be suspicious of the plant quality
