Of course you can always do like I do and give it a name just for your own use. All my NoID's have names but I only use them for my own records or if I do post with the name I make very clear it's a NoID and and made up name.

This is absolutely not a species Phal. Definitely a hybrid of some sort. I also agree with Cody that it's not a primary hybrid either. You will probably never know for sure what it is.
