I am seeing an e-mail address: support@orchidwiz.com on their main page. Try that.

Am trialling the demo version of Orchidwiz Express. Pretty nifty. Running it on virtualised Windows 7 via Virtualbox on my Mac OS X.

I guess its worth it if you have the money to spend on it...For me I really haven't found a real need for it like the people who run the shows and judging for the OS.
If you run a show or judge plants you might find its very handy for looking up the latest and greatest blooms, name changes etc etc as long as you pay for you updates thru the years....
Im not sure if the Wiz has reconciled their differences with AOS over use of their photos.. Ya they been feuding over the rights of the pictures last I heard tell. Of course everythings a rumor around the OS.

Am very impressed with orchidwiz so far, at least the express version. Appeals to my geek side. Unfortunately it doesn't carry any info about Pterosylis species and hybrids, popular in Australia.
Also still waiting to hear from them on how to purchase from overseas.

I have OW Encyclopedia and Pterostylis is well represented. The OW Express doesn't include everything and this appears to one of the items excluded.
It could also be that it wasn't found because of the spelling (note the second "t"). I have found the search engine to be a bit unforgiving.

I agree, the search engine is a tad unforgiving. But I sure use my OW a lot. Before I buy any orchid, I refer to it. If something is struggling I look up it and its parents to see if there are any special cultural notes. Along with everything else, I find it worth the $$

I agree! I make "smarter" purchases as I don't purchase orchids that cannot make it in my environment. I'm a big fan.

Thanks Silken and CBuchman that's an excellent reason for me to purchase OW. After growing them more seriously in the past two years I am now more keenly attuned to finding potential purchases which will survive in my growing conditions which are albeit limited.
