Default Need houseplant advice!

I know many of you have houseplants too so maybe someone can help me. I have a monstera that I kept outside all summer. While outside it has grown a lot and now has several long aerial roots. From what I've read it likes some kind of moss lined support pole to help support it and it gives the aerial roots a place to attach too. My question is, does anyone know how to make one and/or have any suggestions for me? It definately needs something because it's currently hanging all over and will be a kitty chew in no time! I hope someone can help! (i can attach a pic if that will help more)

Hi!
I recently made a pole for my little tiny swiss cheese plant vine. I took a long wooden pole spread silicone on it and used the silicone to glue moss on to the pole. The swiss cheese plant has since then started growing in a more ordered fashion though I have not seen(nor looked for) any roots that might be attaching themselves to the pole.

Thank you Tindo! That is a great idea! I lack a creativity gene so I have trouble with this kind of stuff! Oh, sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum. After I posted I thought it maybe should of gone in the off topic section. Sorry about that!

I have mine leaning against a trellis that is staked in the same pot that it is growing up.
I also catch the roots it sends out and gently point them into the pot
