Have you got a pic of your Phal. violacea (Rachels blue Eyes x Gulfstream blue x sib)? Did it come from Elsner? If so I've been very tempted to get one, but right now the order choices don't work out if you know what I mean. I guess I'll be waiting for spring anyway now and hoping she's still got them. Would be interesting to see what they are like though.

I know! Somehow, it has mysteriously increased behind my back (I believe it must be either my cats sneaking in more chids, or it's some strange chid-ninja character, that's putting more plants into my collection when I'm looking the other way).

The space isn't really an issue (although it's getting a bit crowded), it's more a health thing. I can't really deal with more plants than say 70-90, any more than that and the quality of my care taking plummets.

Yup, I serve as a warning to all of you out there. Do NOT underestimate the power of the chid, people!

No, but I can fix one, and, yup, it came from Elsner.

Um... I'm not sure I know what you mean, but hopefully she'll still have plants left of this cross in the spring.
