Default New order from Hausermanns

Just ordered two new Tolumnias (love these guys) from subject source. Have room for maybe two more, so who knows what's next? As long as they come in a 2" pot!

I knew you had more room in your orchidarium
Make sure you check the medium - my phals had a bit of snow mold but other than that, they are healthy and still budding

Hey are they easy or hard to grow? Let us see pictures when you get them. I see them around but have never tried growing them.

They are "twig epiphytes" that grow naturally in the tree tops through several Caribbean islands. So they get lots of bright light (full sun) dry out their roots and remain small. I have two potted in charcoal chunks, kept next to a south-facing window and watered daily (they dry out completely during day as they sit in a breeze from fan. If you can provide these things, I'd say very easy to grow. Flowers are like a mini spike of oncidium - in fact they used to be know as miniature oncidium.
