Wynn, I started a new thread in the Paph forum to get some advice on it before I feed back to the seller. There's a more close up shot there: I'd be grateful if you had a look. I was hoping not to have to repot staight away, since I've heard they take a while to settle after, and I'm new to Paphs, but I'm also thinking it might be the right time.

Just one thing - Paphs like being repotted so it's perfectly alright to go ahead and do that. I repotted all of mine the day I got them (mostly because I wanted to check their roots) and they all look happy now. I would say that they take it much better than Phals.
