There was bubble wrap... I feel the wrapping on the Wine Delight was a little overdone and maybe caused a bit of damage! Same might go for the Paph, though it looks like maybe there was a hidden problem already.

It might also have been stones wrattling around... I'm really not sure why half the plants have gravel on the top of the pots! What's that about?
