Kai Najda is his real name and its not easy to avoid beeing screwed when Ebay lets someone continue doing this for several years.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with this! You should report him to eBay and let them know he operates under multiple user names. Maybe they will ban him! So it's been past 45 days since the transaction? Usually Paypal and eBay are good about getting your money back but they do have a time limit. One time someone used my Paypal account and purchased some stuff and I contacted PayPal and they gave me my money back. I don't know how that person got my information but it really sucked! You should try looking at his different accounts and find who had problems with him and then you could contact those people and all of you guys could report him. If there is more than one complaint eBay might be more willing to do something about it. Good luck and I hope you can get your money back!

Ebay knows about this guy, that's not the problem from what I've read. But if he gets banned he pops up again, and ebay doesn't seem to be taking this all to seriously.

And there is more than 1 complaint, the info about the case is circulating in german orchid forums.

I sent an email to Germany asking about information about this 'idiot'. I have other German contact who may be able to look into this for me. I'll keep you up to speed about it.

When I told him to keep hold of my plants until I came back from India he asked if I would take back orchids for him to sell on eBay. I said I would but had no intention of illegally importing anything for anybody. He was so sincere in his caring attitude towards the plants I had bought when all the while he probably didn't have them or had no intention of sending them. If push comes to shove I'll damn well go over to Germany to confront the little sh*t!

I do not think you would have to confront him alone. There is a lot of people from all over Europe that would gladly join you in the confrontation. Maybe you could organize a grouptour to Germany
